India March for Science Delhi
India March For Science, Delhi Organising Committee organised a March from Viswavidyalaya metro
station to Delhi University Arts Faculty gate no.4 on August 12, 2023, Following the march, Prof. Amitava
Basu, retired scientist, Mr. Chanchal Ghosh, Executive Member, BSS, Mrs. Sharda Dixit, retired school
principal, and Dr. Vinay Kumar, associate professor, Zakir Hussain College, DU addressed the gathering.
A good number of scientists, professors, school principals, teachers, students and other education loving
people participated in the March. Many students of the university also stopped by and joined the
program.
