IMFS 2024 program a resounding success! The program’s strength lay in its remarkable diversity, with scientists, science communicators, students, teachers, IT professionals, and environment activists, rationalist organization all coming together to infuse it with vibrant colors.
Beyond being a mere celebration of science, the IMFS was a testament to our democratic spirit—a collective effort to shape the future of the science movement. The multiple preparation meetings held at C V Raman House were instrumental in this achievement. During the organized preparation workshop, science enthusiasts, students, youths passionately created posters and demand charts, reflecting their commitment to the cause.
It’s heartening to note that even those not directly associated with IMFS joined the program and expressed their appreciation. The support from the press and administration personnel, including the police, further underscored the program’s impact and its effective approach in reaching the masses.
